4sie den Gerichtshof auf fünfundert und einen Richter
5aufgefüllt haben, die Prüfung für ihn einleiten und
6über ihn, auch wenn er nicht anwesend ist, abstimmen lassen; dass er auch
7eingeschrieben werde in Phyle und Demos und Phratrie, die er
8will; dass er auch in der Zeit danach, wenn er
9sein Wohlwollen gegenüber dem Volk bewahrt,
10noch andere Auszeichnung findet, deren er für würdig erachtet wird;
11– Damit nun auch öffentlich bekannt werden die ihm vom Volk
12verliehenen Privilegien: dass diesen Beschluss
13der Sekretär, der während der Prytanie amtiert, aufzeichne auf eine steinerne
14Stele aufstelle auf der Akropolis; dass die für die Aufzeichnung
15und die Weihung der Stele entstandenen
16Kosten der Schatzmeister der Militärkasse begleiche.

6to the vote concerning him, even if he is not present; and he may be
7enrolled in the tribe and deme and phratry that he wishes;
8and on his maintaining in time to come
9his good will towards the People, he may
10obtain further benefits, whatever he may be deemed worthy of;
11and in order that the privileges voted for him
12by the People shall be apparent, the prytany secretary
13shall inscribe this decree on a stone stele
14and stand it on the acropolis; and the treasurer of the military fund
15shall allocate the expenditure accrued
16for inscribing and [setting up?] the stele.
